 🚚  Delivery time

  • Your order will be ship out within 7-10 working days after the purchase date, and you should receive the order within 14 working days.

💰 Delivery fee

  • Free shipping with orders over HK $ 1000 (This offer excluded specials and oversea shipping)
  • Orders less than HK $ 1000 will cost HK $50 for shipping (This offer excluded oversea shipping)
  • Please note that each order is limited to a single delivery location. 

📦 Shipment Process

  • After receiving the order, we will immediately start processing the shipment within 7 working days.
  • We only operate within working week, not on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.
  • Although we will do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered on time, NU Design is not responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as bad weather, service interruption, etc.

  • Welcome to contact the customer service department of NU Design to request your tracking number for you to track your order.

✏️  Edit your shipping address of the confirmed order

  • You cannot change the delivery address of the confirmed order on the system yourself. If you want to change it, please contact our customer service department before we ship out the goods.

🙍‍♂️ Authorize others to pick up the goods

  • You can visit or authorize others, such as family members / domestic helper, to pick up goods at our PMQ store in Central.
  • You only need to fill in your request in the "Special Delivery Request" column at the bottom of the page where you choose the delivery time.
  • We will follow up with you if necessary. At that time, the recipient only needs to provide the number to pick up the goods.
  • Note: Please make sure that the recipient must be at least 18 years old.

You will be notified when the goods are ready, please pick up the goods within two weeks after confirming the order.

❌ Cancel the order

  • Cancel an order after the payment of your order is completed.
  • If the relevant order content is confirmed, we cannot cancel the order for you.
  • We suggest that you can put your favorite products into the shopping cart or favorite list, and confirm the order before payment, you can enjoy the fun of shopping without worry.

📦 Return the goods

  • If your product is listed as "returnable", please contact the customer service department via email within 24 hours after receiving the product, request a return, and return it to our store in PMQ or our Guangzhou office.
  • Please keep and return all packaging, including all boxes, original packaging boxes, original labels, tags, certification documents, manufacturer's guarantees, manuals, gifts and all accessories, etc., and ensure that all packaging is returned in an intact state. The label or hang tag on the goods must be kept intact and cannot be exchanged if damaged or bent. 
  • After inspection, we will reply as soon as possible whether your product meets the requirements of the return policy, and will arrange for a refund within 7 days according to the original payment method (the price is based on the price shown in your order, the freight will not be returned).
  • Please note that one order can only be returned once.
  • If the total cost of the product is less than the specified standard, the shipping fee and the coupon used in the order will not be refunded.

* If NU Design fails to receive the goods within seven days, it reserves the right to cancel the returned goods.

** Commodities that have been unsealed, used or damaged due to personal reasons cannot be returned.

❌ No refund / replacement

  • Products without refund or replacement will be listed on the product description page.
  • If you need to apply for a replacement due to product quality or shipping problems, please report the product problem within 7 days from the date of receipt, any reason for non-product quality “No” refund
  • No packaging box, signage, and lack of product content (return must be consistent with all accessories and packaging at the time of receipt),
  • the customer's personal reasons, such as buying the wrong product, the wrong color, and personal incompatibility
  • Damaged products that appear after use, products that are received more than 2 days or above, or products that have been marked as not providing return service are not refundable.
  • Please note that one order can only be returned once.

NU Design reserves the right of final decision on all refund arrangements.

🧰 Damaged goods, how to return / exchange

  • If it is found that the goods are damaged, first record the situation of the goods with pictures, and then contact customer service to follow up by emailing to sales1@nudesign.cc.
  • If we confirm that the product is damaged, we can replace it with a new product or arrange for a refund according to the original payment method (the price is based on the price shown in your order, and the shipping fee will not be refunded).
  • Please keep and return all packaging, including all boxes, original packaging boxes, original labels, tags, certification documents, manufacturer's guarantees, manuals, gifts and all accessories, etc., and ensure that all packaging is returned in an intact state.
